EDB LEAP Partner Status

The Global Indian Business Network Pte Ltd (GIBN) was awarded the LEAP Partner Status which is the Locally-based Enterprise Advancement Programme (LEAP) on 28 September 2005 in a ceremony held during the Global Entrepolis @ Singapore (GES) 2005.

Administered jointly by Singapore’s Economic Development Board (EDB) and International Enterprise Singapore (IES), LEAP nurtures and grows a diverse community of multipliers or organisations to boost Singapore’s entrepreneurial landscape by multiplying the strength and maturity of locally-based enterprises through the development of new ideas and technology. Comprising industry-based and country-based multipliers, the members span a wide spectrum of industries and geographies and add breadth to Singapore’s enterprise scene.

Scope of Consultancy Service

Our consultancy services cover a wide range of activities from capacity building of institutions for private sector development in emerging countries, to the development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). With the liberalisation of the South Asian and ASEAN economies to foreign investors and businesses alike, there exists ample business opportunities and advantages for Singapore and ASEAN enterprises to venture into new markets.

We assist local and foreign companies who are interested in setting up operations in Singapore or in the region, either through joint-venture partnership, franchising or just simply building business relationships with their counterparts, by guiding them through the incorporation, legal, HR and placement services.
